Pricing & cancellation

Free: five text questions and basic on-device feedback. Starter: US$3.99/month, 10 questions and up to 20 AI evaluations. Pro: US$7.99/month, 15 questions and up to 100 AI evaluations. Both paid plans include optional CV text and one voice answer.

Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. PayPal shows the amount before approval; your bank may apply currency conversion or fees. Evaluation quotas reset by UTC calendar month, not billing anniversary. An evaluation reserved for processing consumes an attempt, including provider failures.

Cancel the Mostaed automatic payment in your PayPal account, or request cancellation help through Support. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund past charges. Paid AI requires an active subscription, so cancellation can end AI access immediately. Saved reports remain in your account.

Pay securely on PayPal. Mostaed never asks for your card number or security code. Available payment methods are determined by PayPal; an account may be required.

Refund requests

Use Support to report duplicate charges, payment without access, or a service failure. Include the payment date, transaction ID and any error reference. Mostaed reviews requests individually; submitting a request does not automatically issue a refund. An approved refund is processed through the payment provider. This policy does not limit rights under applicable law.

Privacy & data handling

Mostaed uses Supabase for accounts, subscription status, evaluation usage and saved reports. Free-practice history is stored on your device. AI report feedback may contain details derived from your answers, CV or voice transcript. There is currently no automatic expiry for saved reports; request data access, correction or deletion through Support.

Submitted answers and optional CV text go to OpenAI for evaluation; uploaded audio goes for transcription and its content is evaluated. CV text requires your consent. Original CV text and audio files are not saved in report history. Provider processing and retention follow each provider’s policies; do not submit confidential employer information or unnecessary personal identifiers.

PayPal handles payment information; Mostaed does not collect card numbers or security codes. Google Analytics and Vercel process site usage and operational logs. Support messages and your account email are sent through Resend to Mostaed’s admin inbox. Coach CVs are stored privately for review; approved profile information and photos may be public. Career articles open on external publishers’ sites.

What Mostaed provides

AI feedback is interview coaching, not a hiring decision or job guarantee. Voice feedback evaluates transcribed answer content, not pronunciation, accent or vocal delivery. CV uploads for AI practice accept .txt or pasted text, not PDF parsing. Paid 1:1 calendar bookings and Zoom sessions are still in preparation; coach applications are open.
